Our Founder
Elemental Roofing Services was founded by Greg Johnson, a retired Fire Lieutenant with over 15 years of community service. The same values that guided him in public service—integrity, trust, and putting people first—are the foundation of the company. Greg believes that people matter, and that belief shapes every aspect of Elemental’s work. The team is carefully selected to not only meet expectations but exceed them in every way.
Greg, his wife Brandi, and their two adult children, Cody and Hannah, have proudly called Frisco home for more than a decade. This deep connection to the community drives Greg’s commitment to delivering roofing solutions built on trust and reliability. At Elemental, customers aren’t just clients—they’re family.

We recently used Elemental Roofing Services for a number of issues relating to damage from recent storms. Our home needed a roof replacement, new gutters and downspouts, fascia and siding repair and paint, and fence repair and stain. Greg worked diligently to schedule each of his teams so that when one project finished, the next one could begin on time. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of the progress made and answered all our many questions. Each team which included roofers, painters, gutter/downspout installers, and fence stainers, worked extremely hard with polite professionalism. Greg was on property much of the time and often could be found up ladders, on the roof, or helping out with fencing issues whenever needed. We researched for a couple of months for a good reliable roofer and found Greg Johnson, Owner of Elemental Roofing Services LLC. ERS roofing came out and gave me a great reasonable bid and we decided on a continuous attic ventilation, which works and looks great! Using GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, with Weathered Wood color looks great with the brick color. His crews were awesome and covered everything and cleaned up well afterwards. Greg also replaced the gutters and downspouts and restained my fence. I have been in construction myself and retired after 50 years and you won’t find a better company for all of your roofing needs!
