If you are needing a new roof, Elemental Roofing Services is who you need to contact. My well-known insurance carrier denied my roof claim four times, but Greg at Elemental Roofing came to my rescue. With his help, I was able to get my entire roof and my gutters replaced. Great communication and customer service.
The roof replacement process was quick as it took less than eight hours from removal to completed replacement for about 3000 square feet of roof coverage. The workmen were very respectful of my property. They laid down tarps to collect debris falling from the roof removal, and used a magnetic sweep to pick up loose nails after the job was done. Upon completion there was not a piece of trash in sight. I have received several compliments from my neighbors on the new roof and inquiries about Elemental Roofing Services.
Needless to say, I know have my homeowner’s insurance with a different carrier. Elemental Roofing Services provided me with job completion documentation that I was able to provide my new insurance carrier so that I could once again get full roof replacement coverage. I had used Greg on a different house for a new roof and he came out and checked my house and it needed a new roof as well. After starting a claim with the insurance company, they denied the claim. Greg ensured me that the insurance company should be liable. He steered me in the right direction with the issue. About a year later and getting 2 other companies involved we finally got a settlement from the insurance company. Without the help of Greg I would be out thousands of dollars to fix the roof but with his guidance it worked out a lot better! The work on the roof was also very good.
